Side View of Foldable Container
All the walls are made of 50mm thick, or 75mm thick EPS sandwich panels, which is good heat insulation performance. The side of expandable container house has two windows for standard model. But you like to open a door here, or to add extra exterior wall cladding panels are available.Some client will prefer to paint the surface by themself in different colors.

Equipment included and pre-assembled: 1. One luxury shower room 2. One Wash basin with cabinet 3. One toilet 4. Water supply and drainage pipes are all installed in the factory 5. Electrical parts such as cable wire, socket, switch, distributor box are all installed in the factory.

A: T/T, Cash, or L/C. For standard products: 50% deposit before production, 50% balance before delivery. Customized products depend on the design.
Q: What is the lifespan and warranty period?
A: The service life of prefabricated houses is 10 to 15 years, container houses 15 to 20 years, and villas 50 to 90 years. The warranty period for all houses is 12 months from the date of delivery.
