Product Description

This kind of steel structure building is different to other normal steel frame, it is made by special steel lattice beam, therefore this steel structure is more steady and stronger.

According to the requirements of different projects and clients, we will supply different design and steel products. If the steel building need high strength and resist earthquake well, we will consider to use steel lattice beam structure.

The span of steel structure building: from 10 meters to 100 meters (there is no column in the middle).

Packing: Depend on clients' requirements, we can load the steel pieces by open top container or closed container with steel skid.

Steel Structure Building Production Process

Prepare Raw Materials

Cut steel plate or use international size H section steel, angle steel, round tube, round steel, square tube, etc.

Assembly and Welding 1st Quality Check

Welders follow drawings to assemble steel members and weld them together as an entire beam, column, or brace. Quality inspector checks the pieces post-welding.

Sand Blast 2nd Quality Check

After welding and polishing, sand blasting reaches international 2.5 high grade for excellent rust resistance.

Paint 3rd Quality Check

Within 2 hours after sand blasting, all steel members are painted. Clients can specify any color and paint brand.

Inspect Goods by Client

Clients are invited to inspect the finished fabrication work before the packaging phase.

Packing and Loading 4th Quality Check

For closed containers, structure members are packed individually on steel skids and tied securely.
